The Vision of Roots Investment Company Limited is to be the most dynamic group of companies in Real Estate investments. In pursuit of this vision, RICL has a Mission to endeavour to maximize profits through carefully selected investment opportunities that minimize risks and ensure benefits to its present and future shareholders.

Objectives:

In setting up RICL, the founding members were looking forward to a future where the company would be fulfilling the following objectives: A sound, monthly source of income to take care of basic financial requirements for all its members; A pension fund facility for its members; A collective of a solidarity cohesive team of friends on call by any member in both good and bad times; and A strong company to be inherited by their offspring.
