A retired career banker, currently an astute businessman in Nairobi. He brings into RICL valuable banking experience ranging from investments, microfinance, insurance, mortgages and marketing fields. He represents RICL as a director in the Roots Credit Company, a subsidiary company.
Charles Mwangi
Treasurer
A retired, experienced career banker of many years, currently an astute businessman running a Tours and Travel concern. He brings into RICL valuable banking experience ranging investments, insurance, mortgages, and marketing fields.
Kenneth Kiige
Secretary
An experienced, successful businessman with lengthy exposure in dealing with the banking industry in respect to investments. He brings into the company extremely valuable insights, including his practical experience ranging from investments in mining, dams and roads construction, microfinance, mortgages and marketing fields.
Julius Kamuru Mwangi
Director (Administrator)
A renowned research scientist with a lengthy career in research and training spanning over 30 years. He worked at the Kenya Medical Research Institute (KEMRI) for 17 years and at the African Insect Science for Food and Health (ICIPE), Nairobi for over 12 years.
John I Githure
Director (Audit)
A humanitarian response and development professional with extensive experience in life-saving interventions, livelihoods and community development. He holds a B.A. (Hons) in Sociology and Government and a MSc (Econ) in Social Planning from the Universities of Nairobi, Kenya and Wales, Swansea (UK) respectively.

A retired, experienced career banker since early 1980s, currently successfully managing his businesses in Nairobi County. His lengthy banking industry experience, including his practical experience in investments, microfinance, mortgages and marketing fields has been very valuable to RICL.
Nicholas Nyaga Wahome
Director
A renowned legal professional who is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya. Currently practices law in his firm (Onesmus Githinji & Co. Advocates) specializing in Conveyancing and Commercial Law. He brings into RICL extensive, practical legal knowledge relating to company law among other fields which has been extremely valuable to the Company.
Onesmus Gachuhi Githinji
Director
A retired career educationist of 31 years standing. His lengthy experience in educational administration and management has been valuable to RICL. He holds a B.Ed. (Science) degree from Exeter University, U.K.; a Post Graduate Diploma in Guidance and Counselling (P G Dip G & C) from Kenyatta University and an Advanced Diploma in Theology from Presbyterian University of East Africa; as well as a number of certificates in management, leadership and counselling skills. He brings a wealth of experience in administration skills into RICL as well inculcation of spiritual nourishment.
Thomas E. N. Maina

A renowned veterinarian, currently a Research Scientist in Animal Health Research and Development based in the USA. He holds a BVM and MSc degree from University of Nairobi and a Doctorate from University of Edinburgh, UK. He brings into RICL extensive experience in sustainable development.
Duncan Muthui Mwangi

A retired hotel industry management specialist who worked at the Kenya Utalii Hotel for most of his adult life. His lengthy experience in management and administration has been valuable to RICL. Currently a businessman in Nairobi County from whom RICL has benefited immensely from his insights on the investment in the real estate sector development.
